Key Responsibilities
- Assist Croatian-speaking customers with their travel inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding hospitality services.
- Provide accurate information on accommodations, reservations, and local attractions to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle bookings and modifications, ensuring an efficient and seamless process for clients.
- Resolve inquiries, issues, and complaints effectively to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and address any emerging client needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide the best advice and service to clients.
