This role offers the opportunity to shape and support the onboarding and development programs for a fast-growing national admissions team. The Learning and Development Associate will design and deliver both live and asynchronous training solutions to equip new hires with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. You will work cross-functionally with leadership and subject matter experts to enhance onboarding processes, maintain training materials, and ensure learning experiences align with organizational goals.
