Head of Waste Management

As part of our strategic growth, we are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Waste Management to lead and oversee all waste-related operations in our construction projects located in the Attica Region and Northern Greece. This leadership role is critical in ensuring full regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and sustainability across all phases of construction and post-construction waste handling.

 

Role Overview

The Head of Waste Management will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive waste management strategies across multiple project sites. This includes supervising teams, managing subcontractors, ensuring legal and environmental compliance, and optimizing processes for the effective handling, transport, disposal, and recycling of waste. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, regulatory familiarity, and leadership skills to build and maintain an integrated waste management system aligned with the company’s goals and ESG strategy.
