Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, and travel itineraries via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian.
- Provide accurate information on airline services, baggage policies, and fare options.
- Assist customers with changes to their reservations and address any service-related issues.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and effective manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth passenger experience and resolve issues promptly.
- Stay informed on aviation industry trends and updates to better assist customers.
