Job Description Summary

The IT Help Desk Technician provides Level 1 and 2 support for technology devices and applications in the workplace. The role is responsible for timely resolution of incidents and requests received at the Help Desk. The Technician is responsible for provision, build and configuration of company issued devices and those that are in our facilities. They are responsible for initial triage, support and resolution of application incidents and provisioning requests. The technician adheres to IT Service Management (ITSM) processes through consistent logging and resolution of tickets logged in the system. They will maintain workplace device inventory, prepare reports and work on custom projects for business users. The role requires a high level of interaction with business users and IT teams with a mindset to go above and beyond to enable superior customer experience.

DSI Systems Inc., an authorized AT&T partner and the nation’s largest home services distributor, is seeking a sharp, detail-driven Zendesk Administrator to support our Field Operations team. The Zendesk Administrator – Field Operations serves as the primary owner of the Zendesk platform used to manage Field Operations communications and support tickets, ensuring the system is organized, optimized, and operating efficiently day to day.

In this role, you will configure and maintain workflows that improve ticket routing, visibility, and responsiveness across teams. Acting as an operational “traffic controller,” you will build structure through automation, queue management, and performance tracking to ensure requests move to the right teams at the right time. DOF is a leading provider of subsea services in all the major oil and gas production regions around the world. With world class ROVs (Remote Operated Vehicles), Survey systems, and a fleet of offshore construction vessels, the group combines expertise and technology to deliver integrated subsea solutions to the offshore oil and gas industry.

As part of the 5-Year IRM Offshore Services project, we are looking to expand our team offshore of offshore Subsea Engineers and Subsea Shift Supervisors. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are eager to learn and work in a dynamic team environment.

This is a permanent Offshore position with occasional onshore requirements during times of standby and project requirements.  Expected 28 day/28 day rotation.
