Role Summary

This is a foundational leadership role to build and lead Soar's procurement function from the ground up. As the Senior Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for creating the entire procurement framework, including all processes, policies, and systems.

In this hands-on role, you will lead high-stakes negotiations for all major purchases. A primary focus will be partnering with our Director of Enterprise Applications to manage the sourcing and commercial negotiation for our critical software stack (e.g., SAP, Hubspot, TMS, LMS). Beyond technology, you will own the sourcing strategy for all other corporate spend, ensuring we get the best value, manage risk, and maintain strict SAMA compliance.

The Marine Contracts Manager will oversee and manage all contractual aspects of marine projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract negotiation, administration, and compliance within the marine or offshore industry. This role is critical in ensuring that all contractual obligations are met, risks are mitigated, and commercial interests are protected throughout the lifecycle of marine operations. Contract Management

  • Draft, review, and negotiate marine service contracts, charter party agreements, and subcontractor arrangements.
