Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding energy services, pricing, and account management via phone, email, and chat in French.
- Provide information on energy supply options, contracts, and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist customers with account setup, billing issues, and service inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure a satisfactory outcome.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for compliance and future reference.
- Work closely with operational teams to provide real-time updates and solutions to customer issues.
- Stay informed about industry developments and company offerings to provide relevant information to customers.
