Do you have experience in recruitment? Are you fluent in Norwegian and thrive when working independently with clear goals? We’re looking for a motivated, experienced and ambitious freelance recruiter to join our international team and help connect candidates with exciting job opportunities abroad.

About the Role

As a Norwegian-speaking International Freelance Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in our international recruitment projects. This is a remote freelance position with a strong focus on performance and independence.

During your first three months, you’ll receive a paid onboarding and training period, where you’ll get hands-on guidance, tools, and support while learning our processes and building your candidate pipeline. After this period, the role continues on a commission basis – with no earning cap.

You should be comfortable dedicating around 30–40 hours per week, as success in this role depends on consistency and commitment.
