Important: This role is offered on a Work-From-Home basis in Greece. You must already live in Greece or be willing to relocate (a full relocation package is included).
About the Role
As a Customer Expert, you will be the first point of contact for customers and a trusted representative of Mercedes-Benz. Your role is not simply to answer questions — it is to create a smooth, reassuring, high-quality experience for every customer you support.
You will:
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide guidance regarding products and services
- Offer thoughtful solutions to questions and concerns
- Handle each interaction with professionalism and care
- Represent a brand known for precision, quality, and trust
