Founding Full-Stack Engineer (iOS & Web3)

Location: New York (Hybrid)

Compensation: $170K - $220K

We are building a first-of-its-kind accountability protocol designed to bridge the gap between social coordination and blockchain technology. We are looking for an exceptional Founding Full-Stack Engineer to lead the development of our consumer-facing native iOS application.

In this role, you won't just be executing tickets; you’ll have a "founding-level" seat at the table, working directly with our co-founders (alumni of Apple, Google, Dragonfly, and Arbitrum) to shape the product's DNA. You will be responsible for shipping high-quality, production-ready Swift code and designing the backend infrastructure that makes complex on-chain interactions feel invisible to the end user.
