Community Lead (Web3/DeFi Protocol)

Location: Remote - US/Europe/Latam/Dubai but must have 5hrs overlap with EST

Compensation: $130K - $180K

Join a well-funded, expert-led team building the unified yield engine for the crypto economy. We are creating the platform that intelligently reallocates assets across Decentralized Finance (DeFi) protocols to maximize returns. This is a foundational role to build and activate a world-class community that drives adoption and amplifies our mission.

As the Community Lead, you will take full end-to-end ownership of the protocol's community strategy, shaping how users, developers, and advocates engage with the platform. You will be responsible for designing and executing programs that foster engagement, education, and evangelism, serving as the voice of the community internally and the voice of the protocol externally.
