Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and other airline services via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, and airline services.
- Assist customers in resolving issues and inquiries promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with various departments to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
- Stay informed about airline policies, procedures, and industry developments.
