Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries related to public services, policies, and regulations via phone, email, and chat in Nordic languages.
  • Provide accurate information on available government resources and services to customers.
  • Assist customers with the application processes for public services and benefits.
  • Resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with government agencies and departments to provide current information and enhance service delivery.
  • Stay informed about changes in policies and services to better assist customers.
