In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch or Flemish.
• Provide accurate information and support to clients regarding products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Document customer interactions and update records as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and experiences.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
