Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding construction services, project timelines, and service offerings via phone, email, and chat in French.
- Provide information on project details, pricing, and service contracts to clients.
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments and project updates.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping and future reference.
- Collaborate with project managers and other internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry developments and company services to provide accurate information to customers.
