Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to financial products and services, including account management and transaction questions, via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Provide clear explanations of products, services, and policies to clients.
- Assist customers in resolving account issues and facilitate necessary follow-ups.
- Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system to maintain comprehensive records.
- Work with compliance and risk management teams to ensure adherence to regulations and policies.
- Stay abreast of developments in the financial industry to provide informed assistance.
