Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to financial products and services, including account management and transaction questions, via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
  • Provide clear explanations of products, services, and policies to clients.
  • Assist customers in resolving account issues and facilitate necessary follow-ups.
  • Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system to maintain comprehensive records.
  • Work with compliance and risk management teams to ensure adherence to regulations and policies.
  • Stay abreast of developments in the financial industry to provide informed assistance.
