Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to oil and gas services, products, and sustainability practices via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Provide information on energy solutions, pricing structures, and service contracts.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, service issues, and technical support.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure seamless communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to assist customers effectively.
