Key Responsibilities
- Manage inquiries related to construction projects, services, and products via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
- Provide clients with accurate information about project timelines, costs, and service offerings.
- Coordinate with project managers and construction teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly to ensure proper follow-up and record-keeping.
- Assist in troubleshooting and addressing any issues that may arise during construction projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed guidance to clients.
