Merchandise & Physical Products Manager

We are looking for a Merchandise & Physical Products Manager who will take ownership of branded products, logistics, and partnerships — and help scale this direction into a profitable business line.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end merchandise operations: production, inventory, logistics, delivery.
- Launch new merchandise formats: branded items, VIP gifts, event products, limited editions.
- Work with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners (including international).
- Collaborate with product, UX, and marketing teams to improve user experience.
- Own pricing, margins, and overall profitability of the merchandise direction.
Requirements
- Experience in merchandise, e-commerce, or physical product operations.
- Strong organizational and operational skills.
- Experience working with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Business mindset with focus on margins and scalability.
- Ability to take ownership and build processes from scratch.
