For one of our clients, looking for a Product Manager, remotely from APAC, who will take ownership of improving their supplement products, focusing on taste, packaging, and customer experience. The ideal candidate will leverage customer feedback from surveys and calls to drive meaningful changes and ensure that our offerings exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Customer Feedback & Insights: Gather, analyze and act on customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct calls.

● Product Optimization: Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to enhance product taste, formulation, and packaging.

● Market & Competitor Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends and benchmark against competitors.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, supply chain, and design teams to align product improvements with brand positioning.

● Data-Driven decision making: Utilize data analytics to measure the success of product improvements and iterate accordingly.

● Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all product changes comply with industry regulations and quality standards.

Our back office has a huge expertise in the aluminium sector, so it can resolve any specialized technical matter that may occur.

  • Update payment schedule in regards to bunker invoices
