Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to real estate listings, property transactions, and services via phone, email, and chat in Swedish.
- Provide detailed information about properties, including features, pricing, and market conditions.
- Assist customers with the buying, selling, or renting process and guide them through necessary documentation.
- Resolve any issues or complaints courteously and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with real estate agents and internal teams to provide the best outcomes for clients.
- Stay informed about the local real estate market trends and company services to assist customers effectively.
