About the Role
Our client, is an applied AI research lab building high-fidelity agent environments and tooling with the bold thesis of becoming the single global workforce supplier of AI employees for the entire global economy. They are currently focused on conquering the frontiers of planning, memory, and "always-on-behavior" for their agents.
As a Founding Engineer, you will have a high-agency role, working directly with the CEO and founding team. Your contributions will go beyond just code, actively shaping the product, culture, and architecture. You must be prepared to ship fast, experiment, and iterate without heavy process.
