Your Responsibilities

- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer requests
Requirements
- Fluent German (C1–C2)
- Good English skills (B2+)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
