Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Specialist in Malta

Malta is a fast-growing centre for online gaming, attracting professionals from across the Netherlands, Belgium, Scandinavia, and other European markets. This role provides hands-on experience within sportsbook and online casino operations, offering valuable exposure to payments, compliance, fraud prevention, and customer operations.
You will become a product expert and act as a key contact point for customers, gaining insight into the operational backbone of a global iGaming business.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone, live chat, and email
- Manage withdrawals and payment-related questions
- Process KYC documentation and conduct enhanced due diligence
- Perform security and transaction checks on customer accounts
- Collaborate closely with payments, fraud, and compliance teams
- Analyse customer trends and contribute to internal process improvements
- Take ownership of cases from start to resolution
- Contribute to KPIs and service level targets
