Senior Rust Engineer (Solana/DeFi)

Location: Remote (CET +/- 4 hours) Type: Full-time

Compensation: $72K - $90K

We are a stealth-stage DeFi Trading & Intelligence platform dedicated to the Solana ecosystem. We are building the critical infrastructure required for sophisticated on-chain decision-making—ranging from real-time signals and smart money tracking to enterprise-grade fraud detection. Our platform delivers high-fidelity on-chain analytics through a high-performance API. We are a small, fast-moving team tackling the most challenging problems in blockchain data. As a Senior Rust Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in architecting systems that process millions of Solana transactions in real-time.

This is an early-stage startup environment. We are looking for an engineer who thrives on high ownership, fast iteration cycles, and the opportunity to ship code that immediately impacts production environments. If you are passionate about building high-throughput infrastructure and solving "hard" data problems, we want to hear from you.
