In your role as a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting German-speaking customers with their vehicle rentals, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service to German-speaking clients, assisting with reservations, inquiries, and support throughout the rental process.
- Manage the rental process, including vehicle pick-ups, returns, and paperwork management.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and explain rental agreement terms clearly to customers.
- Work closely with the operations team to maintain a fleet of vehicles that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Stay informed about new vehicles, promotions, and destination information to provide customers with valuable insights.
