Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to real estate services, including property listings and market information via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Assist clients with the buying, selling, and renting processes, providing accurate information and guidance.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for accountability and future reference.
- Collaborate with real estate agents and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and property listings to provide relevant information to customers.
