As a Lead Backend Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing scalable, high-performance backend systems that drive the company's products. You’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining key application features while working closely with cross-functional teams including Software Engineers, UX Designers, and Product Managers. Your leadership will ensure that high engineering standards are followed, from coding and testing to code reviews and process improvements. You will also mentor and guide junior engineers and contribute to the strategic direction of the backend architecture.
