Position Overview:
- Job Title: Groundskeeper
- Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, education, and prior experience
- Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm

Job Description Summary
We are seeking a dedicated part-time Groundskeeper to join our team at Golden Oaks, a 117-unit manufactured housing community located in Springfield, OR. This role ensures the physical aspects of the community are maintained and standards are met regarding grounds, amenities and overall curb appeal and provides support to the service team members.
