We are seeking an experienced Catering professional to manage catering services across our global fleet. This unique role combines hands-on operational support to vessels with the opportunity to shape and drive the company’s catering strategy.
You will be responsible for developing and managing the offshore catering function, setting clear performance targets, and monitoring delivery to ensure consistent quality, food safety, compliance, while ensuring vessels will stay on budget.
The role includes ownership of Catering Management Standards and Procedures and requires close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders, including Vessel Crews, Operations, HSEQ, Finance, Procurement, and external service providers.
