We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a Housekeeper who will be responsible to manage the domestic team of a private residence in Limassol. This role involves supervising maids, a chef, and other household staff, while also being hands-on and ready to assist with daily tasks when needed. A background in the hospitality industry is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the work of maids, chef, and other household staff
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the home
- Create and manage cleaning schedules, task lists, and household supply inventories
- Train and support staff to ensure consistent, high-quality service
- Step in to perform housekeeping or other duties when necessary
- Communicate with the household owner(s) to ensure expectations are met
- Oversee laundry, wardrobe care, and maintenance of fine materials and furnishings
- Coordinate with external service providers (e.g., maintenance, deliveries)
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
