Senior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and help design intuitive, user-friendly products for our cryptocurrency exchange platform. Working closely with the engineering and product teams, you will drive the design of both mobile and web-based experiences, help users trade and manage digital assets with confidence and ease.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver polished, user-friendly, and visually engaging designs for mobile and web platforms, focusing on crypto products
- Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Work alongside engineers to ensure designs are feasible, technically sound, and implemented as intended
- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to translate product requirements and user needs into design solutions
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Participate in or lead user research, A/B testing, and usability studies to gather insights and iterate on designs
- Use data and user feedback to drive improvements in UI/UX and optimize user journeys
