Key Responsibilities
- Assist users with inquiries related to platform features, account management, and community guidelines via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Provide troubleshooting support for technical issues and guide users on best practices.
- Engage with users in a friendly and informative manner, ensuring a positive experience.
- Document user interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with community managers and product teams to address user feedback and improve the platform.
- Stay current on platform updates and industry trends to effectively assist users.
