We are looking for a Junior Chartering/S&P Professional to join our Commercial team. This role is designed for a recent graduate who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in the shipping industry.
What You’ll Do
- Rotate across key departement’s segments: container & dry bulk post-fixing, S&P, newbuildings, bunkering, market intelligence, and more
- Learn directly from experienced industry professionals
- Gradually take responsibility for part of our fleet’s day-to-day operations
- Develop essential skills in negotiation and interpersonal communication
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- University degree in Shipping (or related field)
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (preferred, not required)
- Fluency in English
- Military obligations completed
- Ambitious, fast learner, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
