As a Customer Expert, you will support retail customers in the UK and Irish market via inbound calls. The role combines customer service, sales support, and light technical troubleshooting.
You will assist customers with:
- Product inquiries
- Sales-related questions
- Aftersales support
- Delivery-related issues
- Basic technical troubleshooting
You will work with multiple browser-based tools and a virtual desktop environment. Full training is provided, and complex cases will be escalated to the client when necessary.
