In this role, you won’t just be "working in tech"—you’ll be a digital first responder. As a Content Moderator, you will protect millions of users from scams, fraud, and harmful content, ensuring a safe and trustworthy online marketplace. This is a non-voice role (no phone calls!) focused on critical thinking and digital safety.
What You’ll Do
- Review & Moderate: Monitor user-generated content to ensure it aligns with platform policies.
- Fight Fraud: Proactively identify and block scams and suspicious activities.
- Support Users: Respond to customer inquiries via email with clarity and empathy.
- Policy Application: Stay up-to-date with evolving digital regulations and apply them to real-world scenarios.
- Independent Decision Making: Take ownership of your cases and make the final call on what stays and what goes.
