In this role, you’ll wear two hats: one as a content moderator, keeping our community guidelines in check, and the other as a friendly customer service agent, providing support to our Dutch-speaking customers. Your Responsibilities
- Monitor and review user-generated content to ensure it meets our community standards.
- Provide awesome customer support via chat, email, and phone to our lovely Dutch-speaking clients.
- Be the go-to person for resolving customer inquiries and issues with a smile.
- Team up with your colleagues to refine our moderation processes and improve user experiences.
