Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and general aviation queries via phone, email, and chat in Czech.
- Provide information about flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel regulations.
- Assist customers in navigating the booking process and managing their reservations.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with operational teams to provide real-time information and support to customers.
- Stay informed about industry updates and company policies to assist customers effectively.
