Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and general aviation queries via phone, email, and chat in Czech.
  • Provide information about flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel regulations.
  • Assist customers in navigating the booking process and managing their reservations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to provide real-time information and support to customers.
  • Stay informed about industry updates and company policies to assist customers effectively.
