About the Role
Supporting the Outback Spirit business this is a rare opportunity to take the reins of one of our Camps & Lodges. You will own the end-to-end success of Camps & Lodges - from the quality of every guest journey to the performance of your people, the health of the P&L, and the development of our Camps & Lodges.
You will be responsible for:
- Setting the tone for a high performance culture.
- Driving the safety culture.
- Directing and overseeing the financial performance to achieve budget
- Continually raising the bar on guest experience.
- The proactive management of the Net Promotor Scores (NPS).
