ABOUT THE ROLE 

As a Junior Disbursement Analyst, you will serve our client’s needs by handling port and other costs analysis of the vessels following Harbor LAB’s standards. If clients are asking for, you might also work with one of the most important parties for a vessel’s operation, our registered Agents or any other third party, aiming to provide the most smooth experience to the Principals through our high-tech platform.

Your main focus area will be to provide technical service-related after sales support to the customers for all our products and services, mainly in network and system related issues. You will also be responsible for monitoring the smooth operation of our products.

- Support the delivery of technical and administrative projects including day-on-day tasks
