As a Manager, Enterprise Sales, you will lead a team of experienced account managers, driving strategic initiatives to expand relationships with key enterprise clients. Your role involves developing and executing sales strategies, fostering a collaborative team culture, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives and market demands.
Accountabilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 6–8 Major Account Managers to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth within the enterprise market segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive customer retention.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
