Founding Full Stack Engineer (on-site)

Join our client's team as a Founding Engineer and help them to transform how companies hire tech talent. They are building assessment tools that simulate real technical interviews, and you'll be a key player in scaling their platform during a period of rapid growth. You'll work directly with their core team in NYC, taking ownership of projects and shipping features that directly impact how staffing firms evaluate and place technical talent. This is a chance to do more than just code, it's an opportunity to shape the future of our product from concept to completion.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping full-stack web applications in a production environment.
- A strong foundation in React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and SQL.
- An interest in or experience with LLMs and AI systems is a plus.
- A proven track record of taking ownership and driving projects to the finish line.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the excitement of wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced startup environment.
- A passion for our mission of making technical hiring more equitable and effective.
- Must be able to work on-site in New York
