1. Fault finding, Alignment, Use Case update/develop, Spec'ing
2. Gov Process management in ensuring collaboration
* Business Solution Stabilization — Clear out existing and future (warranty) defects.
1. Customer fronting
2. Scope compliance & Spec'ing, Config Management etc.
3. Defect process management 1st, 2nd, 3rd party collaboration
4. Test, deploy, signoff in governance process management
* Project
1. Assist / Advise PM on Closeout and Handover Process (Business and Support)
2. Schematic Handover & The Transition to a full Data Admin Service
(a) Structure, Customer Interface
(b) Management/Oversight of Schematic Team
