Dans le cadre d'une mission ponctuelle, nous recherchons un Superviseur ou Chef d’atelier spécialisé en reconditionnement de moteurs Diesel marins, ou un Chef mécanicien expérimenté dans ce domaine, pour une mission d’expertise et de structuration de plusieurs ateliers de maintenance à l’international.

Objectif de la mission: Réaliser un état des lieux complet des ateliers de reconditionnement de moteurs MAN type 2842 diesel surfer

Détails des activités attendues:

  • Vérification de la documentation technique disponible (reconditionnement moteurs MAN 2842).
  • Inspection des ateliers situés dans trois pays d’Afrique (Congo, Gabon, Angola).
  • Revue des processus atelier, état des équipements, calibration des outillages.
  • Analyse qualité des pièces critiques (100% sur pièces critiques + échantillonnage).
  • Évaluation des procédures qualité lors des phases de montage/calibration.
  • Vérification de la traçabilité des pièces utilisées (origine, bons de commande, etc.).
  • Revue du statut documentaire EIAPP / moteur.
  • Mise à jour et implémentation des procédures manquantes.
  • Formation sur site des personnels d’atelier.

As part of our growing operations, we are looking for a highly motivated Quality Control Analyst to join our laboratory located in our facility in Ritsona, as a part of the Quality Control Department.This role will report to the Plant Manager and will contribute to ensuring compliance with ISO 17025 standards by performing chemical and physical testing to classify, monitor, and verify waste properties. The role involves maintaining safety, regulatory compliance, and proper hazardous waste management through precise analysis and equipment calibration. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in chemistry or chemical engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and prior experience working in a similar environment.
