(fluent Ukrainian) Organic Growth Specialist (SEO & Content)

We’re looking for a hands-on Organic Growth Specialist for a Ukrainian product IT company that has been specializing in developing desktop utility applications for macOS and iOS. You’ll own acquisition through high-intent SEO and product content, using AI-driven workflows to consistently produce, test, and optimize content that drives downloads and revenue.

What you will do:

• Research SEO-driven content opportunities based on real user problems;
• Create and optimize blog articles, tutorials, landing pages, and product-led content;
• Refresh and improve old content to increase rankings and downloads;
• Support internal linking and basic content indexing best practices;
• Look for simple backlink/mention/community placement opportunities;
• Research additional free organic traffic channels, Reddit, forums, Quora, communities etc. (we're open for new ideas!);
• Use AI tools to speed up research, outlining, drafting, and optimization;
• Track content and new channels performance via GA4, GSC, Ahrefs and reporting dashboards;
• Suggest new content and organic growth ideas regularly.
