(Fluent Ukrainian and English) Strong Junior IT Project Manager

We’re searching for a Project Manager who can keep big ideas organized and moving forward. With your mix of software know-how and communication skills, you’ll guide projects from kickoff to delivery while keeping both clients and the team in sync.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the project team and ensuring effective collaboration with the client;
• Monitoring and controlling ongoing tasks, deadlines, and deliverables;
• Preparing and maintaining project financial reports, including budget tracking and cost control;
• Facilitating clear communication between the team, stakeholders, and clients;
• Identifying risks and resolving issues to keep the projects on track.

What we’ll need from you:

• 2+ years of experience in IT project management (ideally in outsourcing);
• B2+ level of English (both written and spoken);
• Deep understanding of software development processes;
• Experience with project financial reporting, budget tracking, cost control;
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Asana, etc.);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Will be a plus:

• Experience working in an outsourcing environment;
