About product:

Quidget is a hybrid AI support platform that helps businesses automate repetitive support while keeping humans in the loop. It uses AI trained on your docs to instantly resolve common tickets — enabling your team to focus on what really matters.

About the role:

We’re looking for a strong Product Manager to take the lead on one of our products. As Product Manager, you’ll own the product direction — balancing customer needs, internal team capacity, and business goals. You’ll work alongside our VP of Product, who shapes our overall strategy and supports the team in achieving ambitious results.
