We’re looking for an Account Manager who can build strong client relationships while keeping projects on track. You’ll act as the bridge between clients and the delivery team — ensuring expectations are clear, needs are understood, and results are delivered.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and maintaining strong, long-term relationships;
- Coordinating with the internal team to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and delivered on time;
- Monitoring project progress and keeping clients updated on status, deliverables, and timelines;
- Preparing and maintaining account documentation, including budgets and financial reports;
- Identifying client needs, risks, and challenges — and proactively working with the team to resolve them.
